Hi, could anyone help me with the following questions?

Is there anything you need to be wary of when being offered a position with a trading arcade?
Are there any scams that exist with these type of 'jobs'?

What do they allow you to take out or do they pay a salary

Where is it based?

I am self funded and know the arcade business model well.

Its just outside of London with a basic salary and 50/50 profit split once the p&l has been cleared. It seems pretty norm to me but the language they use sounds like a sales pitch which is making me wary.

What do they trade and what is the cost of desk and transaction fee?
