We are looking to appoint candidates who are proficient in Finance and have good mental maths skills; a higher degree in Finance is preferable but not necessary. The successful candidate should be highly intelligent, have an outgoing personality, and be prepared to work in a highly energized exciting environment. You must possess strong communication skills and strong logical decision making skills, a high level of numeracy and be a team oriented person. You must also acquire the qualities of honesty, integrity, perseverance and a willingness to work hard.

Hi Jtrader!

It is salary based! We also offer a performance + company based bonus as well! We are the type of company that is fussy about the candidates we choose, but if you are successful we do as much as we possibly can to train and develop your skill set.

We are not looking to churn in and churn out hundreds of applicants. We actually spend the time working with our trainee traders to make them happier in our work environment.

Can anybody explain to me why one would work for a company if you are consistently profitable with trading? What benefits does it give if one is already free?
The other thing I don't understand is the necessity of qualifications. One does not need a degree in "finance" to be a successful trader.
