Trainee Trader Positions

Can anyone recommend any London (prop) firms who consider training in-house? All I can see is courses where you pay 3 or 4 grand for 3 or 4 months online training with 'on call mentoring' but I'm interested in finding someone who will offering an in house course. The idea of paying that much for remote training with no guarantees of anything seems a bit toppy.
