No idea what might happen today...no change there then
I can't see that any of today's numbers are going to change much and the same goes for Christine. So another news-light, rumour-heavy day. Am looking for at least some guidance from the Dax , currently just above the 50% retrace from the low against the mid-Sept high and still looking perky.

OK, so Kraut factory orders were encouraging-ish and that might translate into some short-lived enthusiasm but I still don't see reasons to be cheerful, as yet. I'm not bearish as such but still uncomfortable to be buying at these levels. Looking for a p/b to somewhere between yr two obliques at 12727 and 12784, say 750/760 which might give me 4825 ish on Cac.

Came down to 778 on the Dax and 4850 on the Cac...so no Long entry . Got a miserable Short in at 4925 and closed at 4900 so +25 x 1 lot for the whole day. Postie was right - should've followed the sun.

So the Dow is higher (again) why am I not surprised? Why should anyone be surprised? The money printer will print until it just can't print no more....nonetheless, there are still a few sceptics and crypto-bears left and even if we continue to go up, I don't see that p/bs and corrections will ever be out of fashion, so....Short Cac at 4900 TPs 4887/50/37

Oops. Not enough caffeine this a.m - I should have set those 2nd and 3rd TPs at 75 and 50. Anyway, 2nd off at 76 so no harm done

Waste of time for me today. I got tied up doing spousal stuff and when I looked again it'd got down to 76 and gone back up through my +1 stop. Short again at 4915 TPs 4887/75/62....why?: It's Thursday and sphincters begin to tremble in advance of tomorrow evenings ramp - I refer you to Postman's seminal work, The "Buy the Fucking Dip" oratorio.

Are we all ready for today's market insanity? I'm not sure whether I can be bothered today but have taken a single lot short, just to show willing.

Short Cac 4940 - no clear TP but 4925 as the first hurdle.
