Trading IIndices

Who are the best people for trading indices? I sort of hadCapital Spreads in mind but the board doesnt like SB companies very much I gather, even though CS get by far the best press here...

you cant trade an indice - except by buying or selling the underlying stocks of the indice - but you can trade futures based on the underlying index

you cant trade an indice - except by buying or selling the underlying stocks of the indice - but you can trade futures based on the underlying index

Capital Spreads I like as their prices are good... however, they don't have all the markets.. but if you're solely looking to trade UK and US indices then CS are the ones you want.
