Trading Futures at night EST

Good evening everyone!

I'm very interested in trading, but can only trade at night EST. B/c Futures is open during the evening, I was wondering if you thought there is enough volume to trade from 7pm to 10pm EST?

If yes, what contracts would you recommend I trade?

Can't really say there is much movement during that hours for futures. It is pretty choppy for most. 6e, es,ym,tf,nq. Might have a few spikes, but highly inconsistent.

FYI, those are the AUS/NZ open @ 12am GMT, Japan/HK @ 1am GMT and AUS/NZ close at 2am GMT
