Trading arcades on the continent

Does anyway know of trading arcades in Belgium (Antwerp, Brussels), Netherlands and / or Germany (Colonge area) - looked in a lot of directories and can not see anything

Any help with details or being pointed to web sites with lists for the these countries would be appreciated

the places to be to start trading are chicago and london. maybe you should think in those terms first. that is where the knowledge base is
