Here is my chart from today. After review, I felt like I did not trade too well. The biggest mistake I made today was letting a winner turn into a loser(4th trade). This is psychologically damaging and I MUST refrain from doing this. In addition to that, I also need to do a better job of reading momentum and deciding how much I should squeeze out of a trade. I did a poor job of this early in the day. Fortunately the market was on a tear at the end of the day and I was able to catch a piece of it enabling me to finish green for the day.+$587.50
Here is my chart for today. Done early today because I need to go shopping and I feel it might get difficult to trade for the rest of the day. Today I am satisfied with my performance. Patience is key in this game, especially when trading a larger time frame. 1st trade was a counter trend trade that did not work out and I should have waited for more confirmation before jumping in. Also, I got really greedy on my last trade and lost. But, that is how the adding game works and if it would have worked for me I would have killed the ES today. Regardless, another green day.+$387.50
So I traded like a jackass today. I wasn't patient and I paid for it. Lack of patience and discipline will get me nowhere. This must be corrected immediately. On a side note, I was dealing with a sick 11 month old child while my wife was in bed resting because she is sick too. I need to be disciplined enough to take these type of days off. Stupid trading in these type of circumstances.$-387.50
