Capital Spreads & CMC

does anyone else use either of these? Any good or bad points?

CMC - i like the GUI the charting is good and the iphone app is nice also. But some spreads are over 2 pts, Also they have a limited number of items to bet on, they say they will be updating with another 3000 stocks in 2011

Captial Spreads - So far theyre nice, the gui is good, iphone unable to test with demo. Not as easy to get into as CMC but theyre spreads arent as big on the higher stocks.

i have also just been reading some review sites. CMC got 1 out 5 and Captial Spreads got 1.5 out of 5 - 90% of the reviews are last year, things must of changed since then. But it also doesnt help me make up my mind.

Well CMC got voted best spread betting service 2010 by 'Shares magazine' last week, so dont know if that swings your vote. I havent tried either of your choices, I've got accounts at Tradefair, IG Index and Worldspreads.
