Hi Guys,

I have started this thread to give everyone an idea of how i trade.

I am a professional trader and i trade for myself, and my clients. I have also launched my website which is all 100% free and designed to explain in more detail how i trade, i made it to save myself explaining the same things over and over again!

I aim to use this thread to try and help as many new traders as i can become profitable.

The system that i use is called the "safe trade" because it gives extremely high probability set ups and big risk reward ratios.

I hope it can help some of you in your goal to become successful!
 
The set up

Ok so first off i have recorded a couple of videos to show how this set up works, the first one i recorded before the London open and the second one i recorded after the London close, as kind of a review.

There will be lots of questions im sure about what market flow is, and how to calculate the daily buying and selling zones, but all of the information that you need is on my website! so just check it out, and if you still have comments or questions, please post in my forum, as id love to build up a community of traders!

Im detecting a hint of sarcasm there....all i have to say to that is that i don't have to convince you of anything because my whole methodology is on the website for free, i also guarantee that there are things on that site given away for FREE that you will never have heard about before.....i will also tell you that the education on that website is by far the best you will get anywhere else, paid for or free......again i don't have to convince you of that...all you have to do is read it and let the price charts prove me right day in day out..... i have Lots of people that i have helped and trained for FREE that will testify to that and if you want to speak to them just ask and i can provide several names that you can contact.

next thing to say is that there are NO affiliate links anywhere on the site, just google ad sense ads, the difference being that i am not pushing any other service or product, no one has to click on an advert to get the benefits of my education, at the same time it costs you nothing to click on an advert anyway.

The idea of the site is try and help as many unsuccessful traders as i can without it taking up my own trading time.

If you were not being sarcastic, i apologise, and the answer to your question is that i make much more from my trading than i make from the google ads.
 
There's nothing sarcastic about my question Ragpijin. I was asking an honest question for an honest answer, that's all. But the defensive posture you assumed when replying to me, speaks volumes.

You sure do like the word 'FREE' don't you? You used it four times in your first paragraph, which read more like an advertisement than an explanation.

There's really nothing to be so defensive about though. Affiliate marketing is a perfectly legitimate way to make money. And by the way, just so we're clear about this, "NO affiliate links?" you site is littered with affiliate links buddy. At the bottom of every page is the ForexClub gif, which contains a link to their site and includes your own ForexClub affiliate ID as a query string: ?gclid=CPv_vc68q5gCFQ48Qwodbgpjow

You receive $27 via Commision Junction for every visitor to your site who clicks on one of those pictures and subsequently opens an account with ForexClub. The fact that you deny this, puts in doubt your entire forum post(s).

Incidentally, take a look at the pic and then you might want to look up the difference between the word 'scarring' and 'scaring'. LOL.

And here's another thing. You say in your very first post of this thread (advertisement) that: "I am a professional trader and I trade for myself and my clients". Hmmm... a professional trader eh? Nowhere on your Wordpress site can I find any mention of your real name or your business trading address or telephone number. Isn't that kind of odd for a professional? Do your 'professional' clients address you as Ragpigin?

Here's my take on this. You don't make ANY money trading. You're certainly not a professional trader. You're someone who possibly once dabbled in Forex and lost money, realising in the process that this was no way for you to make a reliable income, or you simply identified Forex trading as an angle to base an affiliate site around, so you could take your $27 generated by visitors to your site who click on your links. Then you trawl sites such as this one, posing as a bona fide visitor making useful comments, while seeding forum posts with links to your sites, disguised as helpful tips.

Of course, if I'm wrong, then I apologise. 😆
 
Thanks Ragpijin for the guidance, most appreciated. Currencies are one of the areas I wish to get in to so I'm gathering as much info about it as possible. My timeframes are more likely to be hourly and daily so I hope your setups are just as effective.

Does your system involve bouncing off moving averages as well as previous support and resistance areas?

My aim with the website is to show every single trader how they can make money from their Forex trading without it costing them thousands of dollars, and without getting ripped off by all the sharks out there, in fact i have just posted all of my trading techniques on there for everyone to digest at their own leisure.
If you have any questions about anything that you learn on the site, please don't hesitate to post your question in the forum, that way everyone can benefit from the answer that i give to you.

You don't have to take my word for it or mydemensions word for it...just go on the site and learn, and ask, and then test the techniques on a demo account..... this will prove to you the quality of the information.
The site is still new, and at the time of writing this post i am working really hard to get all of the content on there ( including an about me section, where i will explain who i am, and also reveal the fund that i trade for.) as a side note, i actually give my name in the videos that i have posted here.

The idea of this Forum post was to advertise the site to as many struggling traders as i could so that you could all visit the site and learn how to actually make money, and my thought was that the first place struggling traders go was trading forums!..so here i am.... . and i am here because i have been where you are now, and would really like to pass on some of the stuff that i have been fortunate to learn and apply in my own trading.... Maybe this was a mistake.

Hi Guys,

I'm his friend and I've been setting up the web site with him. I just wanted to clarify for everyone the state of the advertising on the site.

The adverts mentioned are not affiliate links. Affiliate links are usually generated through one of the affiliate networks, such as Commission Junction. This requires signing up to particular affiliate programs, provided by merchants, like ForexClub.

We haven't signed up to any affiliate programs, in fact, we're not signed up to any of the networks.

All the ads you see are Google AdSense ads. I have placed code, provided by Google, onto the web site. Google's own algorithms then decided which ads to show. Everytime someone clicks on one of those ads, the advertiser is charged by Google. Google then pass on a portion of that to us. This is evidenced by the "gclid=" portion of the URL that was picked out. "gclid" stands for "Google Click ID" and is used by Google to track clicks on the adverts.

The advertisers that appear on our site have signed up to Google's AdWords product and selected to have their ads appear on Google's Content Network. The Content Network includes AdSense, which is why you see ads for ForexClub on our site.

It is Google that controls what ads appear on our site. We simply give Google the space to use. I should also stress at this point that the appearance of any product, service or company on any of these ad-blocks does not represent an endorsement from us.

Further, the reason we have ads is to help pay for the site. As he has already said, it's a free resource but it isn't free to provide. The ads help towards the costs of keeping the site running.

For further clarification, please see "What is Google AdSense?" and "What is Google AdWords?" on the Google site.

As he mentioned, we will have an about page which will be live this week which will tell our own stories as well as reinforce the mission with Invest FX.

I'm not experienced in Forex (yet) but I am experienced in life. I'm 50 years old, and cynical is my middle name. In my experience, nobody does anything for nothing. Your website is a crude attempt to make money from other people's urge to make money. It contains nothing but the usual Forex how-to re-written in a rather childish way, and surrounded by ads which you hope will make you rich. If either of you had any ability to make money in Forex trading, you wouldn't waste a fraction of a second on your dubious site.

Dream on children.

I'm sorry you're that cynical. In this market, it's not uncommon though, and rightly so. Most sites seem to be scams and a lot of people get burnt.

I can promise you it's not a crude attempt at making money though. The ads are there to help pay for hosting, for the domain name, the web site design. In fact, we've spent about $200 setting it up, not to mention our time. The ads generate less than $1 per day. It'll be a while before we recover our costs.

We realised there was an opportunity to help others to avoid scams by teaching them a method of trading that didn't involve buying signals, systems or any other form of daylight robbery. So we made the site. It helps us to remember how to trade properly, and keeps us on the ball.

If you think the course could be improved, then tell us - there's a feedback link in the bottom right of every page, and we act on all feedback - in the end it'll only help other newcomers to Forex, and how can that be a bad thing?

Guys don't waste your time with trying to teach people to trade. I think people are pretty bitter when it comes to learning new things and they don't have to fork out huge $$$. If people don't pay for something they think it's a scam! Start charging $500 a shot and you might get some better reviews.
I think what you have on your site is great! Who really cares if people take it seriously?
It's basis Sup/Res trading! I think you should maybe add in some funny looking indicators in there and people would actually be more intersted,lol.
 
Actually forex99, I would say that the 'scam' label is more applicable to the systems which cost $$$!
I can see right through them, all of them, as nothing but the same-old same-old regurgitated drivel, wrapped up as a Get-Rich_quick scheme designed for one thing only, to part gullible idiots from their money. The basic source of my cynicism should be clear to all, just think about it for a moment. If someone has discovered how to make a fortune out of Forex, isn't it more likely that he'll just go out and make a fortune? And then another fortune? And then another???

The truth is blatantly obvious. Every single system is a scam. There are no exceptions. And sadly, there are millions of desperate get-rich-quick wannabees out there to keep these scammers in business for years.

A month ago I hadn't even heard of Forex, and since then I've devoured everything I can find on the subject. I believe I've looked at virtually every system there is. I haven't paid a cent for them of course. There's no need to anyway, since they're all available from bit torrent sites for nowt.

The conclusion I've come to is this: It's not possible to make money from trading on Forex. The only winners are the brokers and the people who sell systems. I'm not going to be another loser. My money stays in the bank, and the brokers and scammers can go and f u c k themsleves.

I care 🙁 it just annoys me that there are pretty much nothing but scams on the net.

You admit yourself you have little experience with Forex. You haven't been scammed yet (also because you're clever enough to avoid them) and so you haven't taken that route of loosing money and learning the hard way. We've been there and are trying to stop others doing the same by teaching them our lessons.

As you've said, you don't have much experience and it shows. It is possible to make money in Forex. We're doing it, using the methods we teach in our course. If you don't believe us, try the methods yourself on a demo account.
 
I'm not afraid of confessing to being inexperienced in Forex. My previous post made that abundantly clear. I am however very experienced in the field of sales and the psychology which lies behind a successful sales pitch, and I see the very same techinques being used over and over again in scams designed to part people from their money.

I've had a demo account for a month now, and used it as a tool to evaluate the forex trading mechanism and the numerous sure-fire systems on offer. One by one, they all fail. Sure, it's possible to succeed for a while with a demo, but the system always comes crashing down in the end. It's just a question of 'when' not 'if' I lose all my money.

One very depressing thing about Forex trading which is evident after reading many forum threads on the subject, is the way in which traders not only have to battle against uncertain price movements, but also against brokers who at best could be described as inept, and at worst, just plain crooked. Slippage and stop hunting are two terms which instantly come to mind which do not exist on a demo account, but which ought to frighten the s h i t out of any would-be trader.

I don't believe you or your partner make money on Forex pj-investfx. You admit that you've lost money "been there and done that", and that's almost certainly true. Ragpigin is not a professional trader. He does not have any clients, and he does not have any students. You have a site which looks very much like a dozen other sites on the Net, with the slight difference that hardly anyone visits it. (a glance at the number of forum entries indicates this).

Your site is free, but it's also very misleading.

I don't trust you, and I don't think anyone else should.
 
Why 2 months? Why not 3... or 4? Are you saying that I might not make any money using your system for the first month? Do you think my capital would last longer than 1 month?



Let me reiterate what I said previously as well, trading a demo account is totally different to being hooked up to a broker on a live account and being subject to real market prices and broker dirty tricks. I notice you don't give this topic too much space in your 'courses' . Why not? Don't you attach any importance to this facet of trading? I believe that it is possibly the most crucial aspect.

I said i wouldn't reply to this thread again, but there is utter confusion on the part of certain participants, so i aim to just help them out by clearing that up.

first of all 2 months is just a generic amount of time to test YOURSELF not a system, the point of demo trading is not to grow the account, it is to make sure that you can maintain a consistent trading habit. most people change their trading method after 2 or 3 losers, and if they don't understand the importance of consistency in their trading they will lose all there money. Once you have decided which system you are going to use you must then trade that system for at least 30 trades, those 30 trades will tell you 2 very important things, first that you are qualified to even attempt Forex trading on a live account, and secondly whether your system is actually profitable or not over a sustained period of time.

Providing that YOU and your SYSTEM pass that first test, i recommend to all of my students to then move to a micro account and trade real money in the live market.... but the tiny amounts will keep your risk at as good as nothing.
Then as you gain more confidence and cement your position as a consistent trader, you can move up to mini accounts, and finally standard accounts.

If you follow the risk management techniques that i teach in the course, you will almost certainly not blow your account up.... in fact it will be really hard to do so, and there are a couple of exercises that you can do to test that theory out for yourself (again all in the course)..... In case you haven't read the course i basically suggest you trade at 1 MINI lot for every $5000 in your account or 1 MICRO lot for every $500.... this equates to leverage of around 2:1..... most new traders are trying to use 100:1 or higher and wondering why they keep blowing their accounts up.

....that is not my website, and it is not my fund, i am simply a trader for that Fund.... i am not advertising that in any way, because i only trade for qualified investors, and have a network already established for this. And If you did phone Hong Kong, you wouldn't get me, or my mum, you would get the Admin staff of the Fund, also i am not the only trader working for that fund, i am one of several.
So whether you think that is a scam or not is irrelevant, and no reflection on me or my own personal projects.

And finally about brokers:
We are planning to have an independent review section on as many Forex brokers as possible, where traders can put their own reviews and we will post them, with no agenda
or preference.
I do think its vital to know how to spot a good broker etc.... and know the difference between an ECN and a Retail broker for example.
The reason i haven't included any mention of brokers yet is because i want to be careful about appearing to favour one over another.
But all the nonsense about them hunting your stops and whatever else you think they do is just not true unfortunately, i know and deal with people who work in brokerage houses, and when you understand how they operate you will understand how this kind of behaviour is just not in their interests.... in the near future i may be able to actually get one of these guys to come into a live Webinar and explain some of these concepts and also answer any questions that traders in our community may have about all of those things etc.... so that could be interesting for a lot of people.

And about your broker being the most crucial aspect of trading...... i would say the most crucial aspect of trading is your psychology, and the ability to keep your risk small and remain consistent in your approach. Finding a system that makes money is actually easy, you can make one yourself!, the hard part is sticking to it.

I put great emphasis on that in my blogs, and also about the expectations that traders have, so i recommend that you subscribe to those via the RSS feed.... because i really try and give everyone the correct viewpoint of trading and how to become a profitable trader in the long run.

Hope this has cleared a few things up.🙂
