The broker with this best tick data?

I've been using Zecco Forex/GAIN capital- they have good tick data when the feed isn't frozen. I thought about switching over to IBFX because they have a debit card feature and tighter spreads, but am sorely disappointed with their data feed.

Any suggestions?
