am a newbie on this site and looking to start researching/studding on commodity trading and start learning.
my first question is who has any info on TCA and their remote trader programs?
just an advice from someone who's been there.... KEEP OUT.
A company affliated with TCA are taking me to court for the training I never received. Its all getting very stressful.
From what I can tell they set up a new company, transfer everything to that then the old one shuts down or goes into administration. There have been several companies liquidated in the past, yet despite this their webiste states they have been going successfully since 1991. I think that is very misleading advertising.
If you think you can help me with my court action or know any further information on this mess please let me know. So far I'm on to Watchdog, the Echo, Guardian, my MP, the FSA, Financial Ombudsman, the liquidator of an earlier company in the hope the directors get struck off for continuing to trade, the ASA and even complaining to the Law Society about the solicitor that is party to all this.
If you want to join and fight this together or increase our chances of publicity call me:
or PM me.

Thanks gedward3 although myself and atleast 3 others have received court papers so they actually really are trying to get £3,000 for a scam company that provides nothing.
You seem to know about them quite well. Do you know of anyone who successfully defended their case and how they did this? Also if you know anyone who has been or is going through this please PM me. The more evidence we have the better and the more chance watchdog will take up the case. I've spoken to them but the more people I can put them in touch with the more chance of getting it on TV and warning everyone else out there.
Not to mention the amount of laws they've broken, advertising, trading standards, breach of regulation, misfilings at companies house... the list goes on. There is a real chance that with enough weight behind it the directors could be struck off and hopefully face fines, even prison.
I will take a look at their daughters before making my mind up, but thanks for the idea!
Here is a link to the agreement.
TCA Agreement
According to the FSA register it would appear the company was not legally regulated to fulfil their side of the contract.
If anyone knows more about this area of law please enlighten me.
Also as I've not received so much as a manual from them so surely there must be some consumer protection law in existence in the UK that prevents scam artists collecting money for doing absolutely nothing.
