swing trading book reccomendation request

can you please recommend two good books on swing trading?
Hi beginner,
Two of the best known books on swing trading are:
1. Marc Rivaland on Swing Trading
A personal favourite on my bookshelf. He presents a clear 'top down' approach, integrating his modified Gann swing charts with Point & Figure. It's clearly written and, I find, is very good at getting ideas flowing. Whether or not you can read it one day and put his ideas into practice the next, is an entirely different matter. ;)
2. Master Swing Trader by Alan Farley
I've never read this, so I can't comment on it other than to say that many people who have bought it found it very hard going.
Tim.

Thanks timsk. Will get Marc Rivaland. Have you read Dave Landry's book? How is it? From a practical trading perspective?

I would like to go through Marc Rivalland's book at some point.

My mistake. I had confused "Master Swing Trader" for "Mastering the Trade" by John F. Carter.

Master Swing Trader by Alan Farley is a good book but a hard read, you need to take it in small bites. The material is also well supported on his website which gives daily scans for the methods outlined ( www.hardrightedge.com )
