Although not quite the same as what you've suggested you can pretty much do this already by simply typing in "www" next to Home Page on the Advanced Member Search Page here: http://www.trade2win.com/boards/memberlist.php?do=search
It will then find all members who's webpage contains the letters 'www' ie. practically every website!

welp.. no... because a lot of websites start with simply http://whateverhere.something.something So really consider my suggestion 
ummmmmmmm (this might be a REALLY stupid suggestion - or it could be really really clever one ) but in that case how about searching for "http"....
or, how about this - do a boolean search and search for "http" OR "www" - that way at least you have the bulk of them....
