Shares of Zynga ($ZNGA) moved sharply higher in pre-market trading after the online game developer reported better than expected first quarter revenues and provided upbeat guidance.
 
Biotechnology company ImmunoGen ($IMGN) may also see early strength after reporting a narrower than expected first quarter loss on revenues that exceeded estimates.
 
Life sciences company VWR Corp. ($VWR) may also move lower after agreeing to be acquired by privately held Avantor for $33.25 per share or $6.4 billion in cash. VWR spiked earlier in the week on reports of the deal.
 
Shares of Kate Spade ($KATE) moved sharply higher in pre-market trading after the clothing and accessories maker agreed to be acquired by Coach ($COH) for $18.50 per share or $2.4 billion in cash.
