Spreadbetting on Pocket PCs

Hello does anyone know of any mobile browser that can render flash so you can access your cityindex account or watch videos on youtube etc

On Windows Mobile 2003 (I remember from my old iPaq H2210 which now runs familiar linux), there is a flash plugin for Internet Explorer. I remember browing to Weebls Stuff "Intermission" to test flash and sound on that PPC a few years back. I don't know if the flash version is updated in line with the version which is released for more mainstream browsers though.
