Why not give him time?
Whatever he bases his analysis on, it can only be about 5 minutes a day, so not 1 month wasted, less than 2 hours.
I can't understand you jumping on his case, at least there is no BS here. Trades are defined long before entry time, it's not a case of someone claiming that he decided to alter the trade once in progress.
Look at Sunset's Holy Grail thread, now he deserves to be jumped on
