Am considering spread betting a couple of FTSE250 companies that are range bound for the majority of the time, I've only discovered spread betting recently but was buying then selling 2 or 3 times a week a large 100 company I work for as i'd followed them for 15 years or more.
Are there any 250 companies (chose these as more movement) that operate most of the time within a set range?
