I am here to this forum.Sports have more importance in our life because sport is the
best for health and fitness.So we should be keep interest in any sports.I like these

But how the hell does standing around for 6 hours do anything to improve fitness ?
i think one of the best sports for overall conditioning, fitness etc is swimming. I think no other sport works your whole body like swimming does.
Question for people here - I love running (it's great to have something I can control after a hard day's market fluctuation!) but does it matter what shoes I wear if I'm not serious about speed/serious distance?
