Typo should read Archway

Cheers; I remembered it straight afterwards but wanted to check.

I have spooken with a Police friend of mine who is going to see if he can find a one-stop contact for SOM fraud. I explained what the FSA and Operation Archway said we should do, report it to our local police and they would filter it through, but mine actually had no idea what to do with it??? Hopefully he should be back with an answer either way next week.

LATTERLY WISE, ANLEY and PBOYELS

Can you all just calm down please!!!

LW - you have no right to say the things you have about ANLEY and PBOYELS, I’m sure they would have loved to have been at the last meeting in the scout hut? were you??

The reason why most of the 180+ investors are not on here is because Paul Miller told them not to bother in an e-mail and at the meeting. Also looking at the ages of 90% of them I doubt they would even know who to surf the web. Without wishing to sound derogatory to them, e-mail could be a stretch.
Also there are a number of investors still unknown and/or unwilling to come forward.

ANLEY and PBOYELS - I know you are only defending yourself, but please don't rise to the bait. Something’s not right here as we all know, exactly what?????

If we want to take SOM and those associated with it down we need to stay level headed and work together, that includes ANLEYS and PBOYELS without whom we would not have half the information we have.

Cheers

I suspect this 'laterly wise' may be a previous poster using a different name. It stands to reason with the Germany trip and defending Miller etc. I think you know who I mean.

Latterly Wise

I think I can remember you from when we met.

I am in agreement with you regarding Anley and PBoyles, I marked their cards long ago as pesky troublemakers, they cost the people behind Spiriton much money and grief as the management wasn't able to sucker more people out of their cash.

Dodo Scharr also isn't happy with those two morons either. I always know when things start to get to him because he starts drinking Schnapps for breakfast (usually it's never before 1pm). But it does seem to calm him down a touch so if you think positive as everyone knows I always do, I suppose that's a good thing.

Looky-Looky it's Comical Ali AKA Paul Miller!

And he's knocking me and PB. I can take it as I'm sure PB can :)

But something must be wrong with him perhaps he forgot to take his medication because he's telling the truth about suckering people. That's a first for sure!

And Dodo is hitting the bottle, oh dear.......

Re Companies House and Insolvency - this wasn't their original address ?? PBoyles - any help with a police contact would be great. Anyone who is defending Paul Miller must be part of this scam.

No they have changed offices several times. I doubt any of them were ever at those addresses, they were just serviced or virtual offices. I will get back to you on your other question.

Below is the initial questionnaire for Operation Archway at City of London Police. Now I know somebody is going to say they'll do nothing about it. That could be true, however if you don't report it they'll definitely do nothing about it so give it a go, it will take you two minutes. My guess is the more people report it the more chance they'll act.

Remember the people who tell you not to bother reporting it may have an interest in preventing the police from becoming involved so report it, it costs you nothing.

I'm an investor from the US that got scammed by Sir Joseph Birch also. Still waiting on that wire, the never ever ending wire, problems with his bank, problems with his travels & can not wire AT THAT TIME. Does anyone know SJB, met him or have seen him in person? Has he really served in the Royal Military. He's not James Bond is he? I've heard it all....if anyone has any knowledge of this guy it'd be great to hear. What a joke!

Can we just all calm down here!!! PBOYELS and ANLEY have as far as I know not invested any monies into SOM!
They have quite rightly warned people that SOM is a SCAM and someone has got extremely rich off the back of ALV AG, Raze TV, and SOM.

As for the Newspaper and BBC Radio, yes only a few were willing to help expose SOM and other parties.
So if we do want to try then all 180+ investors known to Paul Miller must be pointed to this forum OR Paul Miller arranges it and we arrange a meeting, then everyone can decide if they wish to pay £50-£100 to start the process, once the money has run out then we regroup look how far we have got and then decided if it's worth any more cash??
I for one don't really want to throw good money after bad, but if we can take down these guys and get them locked up! I for one will want to visit them in prison!!

At the very least lets get their names known to the Police so that in this day and age a search on the computer database will highlight these individuals.

Cheers

Is Joseph Birch involved in this scam? Is he a part of SOM?

Jellybeanz,

Spiriton Media Group has been a long running scam, the company has now been wound up by order of the High Court. For some time the company has been claiming that they had a secret investor who was going to invest £30 or £40 million (can't remember the exact amount) recently, after the court case they revealed his name, Sir Josph Birch.

I had never heard of him before so I did a bit of research and found he was linked to a ponzi scheme in the US. He has also been fined by the courts here and is apparently on some sort of blacklist due to debts in the horse racing world.

Whilst I don't know him personally I am sure he is a real person and I am sure you could find him if you needed to.

Hello to all,

Well, i see we have a few new additions to the forum. Good. However, my intent when I started the forum was to find out more about what was going on with SOM and the facts vs. fiction. I believe a lot of facts have been uncovered in the process thanks to certain members(you know who you are). My personal thanks goes out to you.

What I see happening though is a lot of mud slinging and certain accusations that are not based on fact but hearsay. Fellas, come on! We can all have our opinions and as any good detective conjure up scenarios but let's keep it civil and to the facts. Let's not hold a kangaroo court but instead look at what solutions or paths to take. Personally, I believe our money is gone and to spend additional money to "less that good odds" get anything in return is a waste. If there are ways to limit anymore loss and/or use the loss on our taxes then so be it. chalk it up to a learning experience. rule #1- Never invest money you can't afford to lose. Many companies are winding up. just look at the list. PB and others warned everyone to the nature of such activities and it's up to each individual to decide what's important to do. I don't necessarily believe that every cold call i get is someone looking to rip me off. I listen.....I do my own research and then determine if there is merit. bottom line is,
DON'T DEPEND ON SOMEONE ELSE TO MAKE YOU RICH! But you can use their knowledge and expertise to help make decisions that are best for you. Find someone you trust. Even the best Advisors are wrong some of the time(Just ask Warren buffet about his losses). It doesn't mean every broker or advisor is a con artist.

The market is like a big casino. sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. If you don't want to lose then stay out of the casino. simply.....Our banks have did a fine job in securing our future, haven't they? We need to smartin up and open our eyes wide.

QUICK; can anyone remember the police Operation regarding the boiler scams?

Cheers

Mugs

The police operation is Operation Cliff and now Operation Archway. The police contact is DI Jeff Gettings.

However, I don't want anyone pontificating what I should do or what I should not do.

Let me tell you, I have had a lot of experience of Forums over many years and they ALL follow the same pattern, like a pack of wolves. They are all headed up by an Alpha male or Alpha female who get a kick out of being the chief honcho shouting their mouths off who everyone in the pack blindly follows, because they are not able to do anything themselves. But in actual fact these Alpa mouth pieces don't know what they are talking about and have no experience.

These people like to see their own words in print, because it gives them some sort of power. Just like Gadaffi, they are not democratic.

As soon as someone new enters the pack, just like wolves they are rejected and bitten. They hate being challenged or threatened.

Let me tell you, I'm not some weak and ineffective outsider, willing to fall into the paw prints of a discredited alpha male, issuing negative thoughts and doubts.

I'm looking for those who want to take action. Come on you readers of this thread and do something positive. Clear out the old wood and start thinking collectively.

We are totally aware of risk in every investment. The brokers not informed about the risk and about his huge provisions, when we buy a lottery ticket we know what we are doing. The company is a scam .With a Ponzi scheme the first group of Uk investors and italian shoul have repaid from a misterious Taiwanese fond ,second came a guy called David Bok third Joseph Birch.
Nothing happened but the company never prodced any gain ,the investors should have reimbursed with the money of new investors. It is very possible that some of our money went to some former investor ,other went to off shore accounts . It seems Som tried to scam those three porential investors but got scammed by them.We don t know what is true but we know for sure that we have been scammed. The company carefully selected investors livin far away from the Ceo and director s homes.Far away fron the po boxes.
We,a group of middle low class investors living in a god forgotten place in the Swiss alps, invested in downtown Munich ,equi8 ,while the millionnaire fron Munich did not invest anythink!!!!!The broker were not your friends ,misterminded toghether with the people in Germany and Thailand the financial crime.
The FINCEN Whashington is starting legal actions against ALV and SOM.
The Procuratore Nicola Corti Lugano in following the penal case against the person in charge for the Lugano office Dimitri Ceccarelli. The swiss police ,according to the tenant of the office, has inpounded computers from the office .He must have a lot of evidence.Your lawyer can contact him.
Stop the vicious circle . The same people are operating financial crime since years.
And remember that the fraudolents as soon the wind changes are not friends anymore.A fake friend in need is a fake friends indeed.Informations are leaking ,half of the truth already came afloat, they probably did not take in account the importance of this blog in swapping useful anti crime informations. We are not slandering we are try to help each other.
