Soft commodties rocketing higher

Cocoa was UP over 90 points earlier today at 1840.

Orange Juice was UP 800 points yesterday.

Coffee is going ballistic in both London and New York - London is UP 53 again so far today.

As a sector, Softs are having their day.

Wheat appears to have recently broken out of a tight 3 month trading range on the upside, seems a safe play.

Dave, would it not now be an appropriate time for you to consider a name change to Dave C (for Coffee) :cheesy:

Cotton's on the rise, gold is up, palladium looks to be an excellent opportunity, soybeans & meal, corn, possibly sugar...
I have not done well in coffee. I made a little, got out (a couple of times), waited for a correction before reentering, but the correction never came. And I kept waiting. IF it ever corrects, I might jump in...if not, there are plenty of other markets to trade. Anyway, I can still short it on the way back down.
I'm beginning to like inflation.
