Short with ondemand thinkorswim

I keep getting the message "rejected" when I place sell short order. As if they don't have any shares I could borrow. But it's paper trading? How can I short with ondemand? Is there a setting somewhere?

Hm... Apparently, all stocks are listed as hard to borrow in ondemand mode and is a bug in the software. Weird.
