sell stop error

Sharky, I got robbed blind by my stop on BSY this morning The stop got hit at 547. Only trades and ADVFN were 550/574. To remedy the situation, pls credit 4676 x 27p which is the difference between the sell stop and what I had to re- buy for this morning.
Any objections anyone?

Hi Martin.. assuming the sell shouldn't have gone through and therefore you wouldn't have bought straight back, and would still have sold when you did - that gives you a grand total of £1236.12 to credit to your account. Will arrange for this tonight, so you should have the extra funds ready to invest tomorrow.
