i am seeking advice on where or who are the best people providing live charts on indices"eauropean,asian&us" candlesticks prefferably with indicators etc :?:

I would say it depends what you want them for and the type of trader/investor you are.

I pay about $500/month for all my data feeds and tools.

If you are a serious trader you should look at some serious tools i.e. esignal etc.. if it's just to play around a bit you could use some of the uk providers who offer many free services.
