I'm currently looking for a scanner and would appreciate any views you may have. I'll be using it to scan documents and also photographs. "DOORS" in the Sunday Times recommended the Umax Astra 5450 or the Epson Perfection 1240U. Does anyone know anything about these models or can recommend any other model. Thanks,
