I wonder if any of you can share your experience with Saxo Bank for ISA and SIPP accounts?
Specifically, is their platform good for trading US stocks online? I am particularly interested in trading leveraged ETFs.
I have been with Selftrade before, then moved to Sippdeal which is much better than Selftrade on a number of factors, but I am considering leaving because their market maker (Winterflood) has stopped providing online quotes for leveraged US ETFs. As a result, I have to do trades by phone which results in a significant slippage. Also, they charge 1% fee for FX transactions, which is levied on the entire trade value...
