RSI - 14 and MA

Hi,

hope someone might be able to help with this. I was reading about a potential indices/forex trading system that combines a 12 day moving average with a 'RSI-14'

Could someone please advise me what a 'RSI-14' is? Also does anyone have any advice as to where I could plot this 12 day moving average and this RSI-14 (I'm presuming it is some kind of technical indicator? [14day?] ,) ie a good/(free?) charting website.

RSI 14 just means a 14-period setting on an RSI indicator. The period relates to the timeframe of the chart you are looking at.

So, if you were trading end of day using daily bars the RSI 14 would be a 14 day setting. If you are trading minute bars intraday, then the RSI 14 would be 14 minutes, etc.
