Respectable jobs for Traders?

At the moment i am just trading my own money and selling trading signals.

But i am not really satisfied with this situation.

It would be nice to work for a company with a monthly income and a bonus (20%-25% from the profits per year)

Any ideas where to find it and what they expect?

Mostly the trading companies will look for risk analysts, so try them.

You could always get hired as an actuary but analyst jobs are not easy to find unless you are very experienced already. There is a glut of them in New York at least.

Try efinancialcareers or websites like that who deal mainly with the financial markets. You may find these types of roles very very difficult to come by and you would no doubt have to start at a very junior level. Alternatively there are trading companies like Schneider that offer these types of roles but you may have to pay a desk fee out of profits generated, and these guys can also be very ruthless.
