The time at the left is the default time if you do not adjust it. When I check the time in London, the time is one hour behind the default time. There is only one time zone in the UK. I thought Trade2Win was a British company. The UK is UTC+0, but the default time is UTC+1. Why is that? BST is UTC+1, but it is not summer right now.
Perhaps, the server farm is located outside of the UK. Since the default time is UTC+1, that leaves Eastern Europe for possible countries. People are buying up space at server farms in places like Georgia. :whistling
I just thought that someone else might have thought it was strange.
