Does anybody know how to get Prorealtime to show one of those lines indicating the previous days close?

I have a problem with ProRealTime and, upon doing a search, I find there are countless threads devoted to PRT - many of which centre around issues that users are having with their data and charts. A tad disconcerting! I've posted here as this is the latest thread 'in play'. The problem is discrepancy in data which, as the two charts of the FTSE illustrate, have a dramatic impact on their appearance. Has anyone here experienced anything similar and, if so, how did you resolve the problem? Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be very welcome. Hopefully, I'm just being a complete div and there's a simple explanation!

you always want to cross-check whatever the provider - might as well get it from the horse's mouth FTSE 100 Constituents - London Stock Exchange
I think PRT had problems all week and had ftse frozen for a few days before correction as well as the correction you've highlighted.

Thanks for the feedback and I take my hat off to you for your fantastic diligence! However, it doesn't say much for PRT if their subscribers have to cross check everything with another source. For those who trade just one instrument EoD then, yes, I suppose it's no great hardship. But, if you're looking at a lot of charts, then this isn't really a practicable solution. And if you're using their live real time streaming data for day trading, then it's all but impossible.
I'm interested to know if this is a one-off occurence or if it's a regular problem that affects lots of data across a spectrum of markets. I can live with - and forgive - the occasional glitch, but if it's a more deep rooted problem that their tech team can't solve - I'll (reluctantly) have to look for an alternative data / charting package.
