No HRH - I was just predicting what may happen if we all put money into Senen's class action law suite....as he mentijoned on a webinar that members of the law suite would be given feedback on progress on a need to know basis.
So my prediction is - the law suite would be a sham. and money would disappear and then he would come up with some excuse....

Just remembered: at one of the webinars a guy with a heavy Russian accent asked Senen how can his friend invest a substantial sum of well over $10M with Senen. Senen asked where the guy was calling from. The question guy responded that he's in the US, but was born and raised in Belarus and then, before coming to the States, lived for years in New Zealand. Then he said something like 'New Zealand is a really special place, if you, Senen, know what I mean'. There was a pregnant pause for a good 30 seconds before Senen responded 'yes, I know what you mean'.

It really looks like the relaxed and trusting attitude of NZ authorities was taken advantage of. And now NZ taxpayer can potentially be left paying up to NZ$200K per claim.

Yet looking at the business nature of the above-mentioned Company Solutions LTD and NZ Securities LTD I'm guessing one of these two could be the registration services provider for the "proprietary not-to-be-contacted brokerage firm" existing only on the paper.

they moved when they changed entities. keep in mind that ib cap at this point in time were operating solely offshore. they were not registered at all with the new zealand authorities as a financial services provider, because they didn't have to be, there was no requirement to do so.

new zealand changed the law requiring financial services companies to be registered, hence we see a switch from a dodgy looking, previously deregistered in mauritius ib capital lp change to ib capital fx (nz) llp.

they cleansed their past by creating the shell in the uk. using that as cover to look like a different company, and obviously changing addresses, then registering as a fsp in new zealand. the ruse would have worked but for global forex management, and them leaving all their old dusty docs online, for all to see

that's so got to be a red herring, it doesn't make sense. for it to be true leaves out totally global forex management. they are the one with connections between all ib cap entities ie fxmarkets, ib capital lp and ib capital fx (nz) llp.

If we do a Google search for the IB Capital address currently listed on their website under the contacts section (Level 5, 22 the Terrace, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand), we will find information on another Forex brokerage scam by the name ECNPROFX that was using the same address and went south with people's money just this March: Ecnprofx website shut down no answer

that's an interesting lead there, so yet another uk entity does a runner from new zealand. needs some further digging. you do know that the service office company of Level 5, 22 the Terrace, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand is run by the same guy that was a director of ib cap lp.

i think the nz authorities asleep, how they could not fail to spot it! do they just rubber stamp these entities? can a new zealand member comment how their government so asleep on the job.

i see a big increase in deregistrations for july posted up on the fspr web page, believe i recognise another of Joaquim Magro ALMEIDA's many offerings being deregistered as a fsp, so maybe they are playing catch up? bit late though

not seen anything specific. other than that post which strongly suggests friant was using an ib cap entity in his own "passive income" scam from his own web site.
