I have heard for the first time about (Windsor Broker's Cyprus). Before I have only heard about AVAFX from Cyprus. The difference I have found between both these traders is the work license Windsor is having. I have seen the site of Windsor Broker and it is too good and has nice facilities too.
You can get forex, futures and commodities in one platform but to run commodities you will have to log on with other user name and for forex and futures other user name. Means you will get two user names to run forex and commodities. The reason is you cannot map commodities and forex products in one platform. You can try for few brokers like AVAFX, Fxpro, Iforex, Etoro etc. You can find the facilities you require through these brokers.

Cyprus based broker would be BIG RED flag for me.I would go only with brokers which have done registration with NFA/CFTC or FSA.This regulatory bodies have quite high standards which is good thing for traders.

my sir windsor have done registration with (FSA) .... LOOK AT WINDSOR WEB..

They are not registered with the FSA. Only authorized. None of the principals or anything else is listed with the FSA.
use "search" of 100forexbrokers.com
but remember many of brokers are outright rogues no matter what they claim!
fancy island based especially..........
red flags also are
bonus(it'll be taken back and some more)
spreadbetting division (serious broker offers to broke a deal but not to be a punter itself)
prouven fake reviews (look forexpeacearmy.com remarks just under broker's name)
