Can someone please identify the TS indicators seen in the central pane in this screenshot including the setting for the candles which makes them turn red/green?

Are these indicators that come with the standard package?

The colouring of the candles is probably the standard option of candlestick with trend as shown in picture. It is not really possible to say what the indicator is - I suspect it is a non-standard programmed indicator. The indicator name and current value are shown on the right of the text at the top of the chart window. In my example it is Mov Avg weighted - based on closing price and 9 periods. The value in blue is the value of the indicator at the present time. The picture you provided does not show the far right of the text, so we cannot get a clue from that. If it were a standard pre-supplied indicator I could tell from that text.

Looks like maybe parabolic SAR? Lines possibly based on market profile (POC, VAH, VAL etc?)

not really. Parabolic SAR get closer to the chart as it trends up or down. this one does the opposite
