Owing money to a broker

I did... but obviously there was a gap.

Someone posted a few weeks back about a similar situation with IG Index, I think the thread was entitled 'IG Index taking me to bankruptcy' you might want to get in touch with him and see how he worked out. His debt was tens of thousands, way more than yours.

What a surprise.

Have you actually looked to see what price the real market reached? What were you trading and when?

I got filled at a price that the real market has never touched, but since I was filled about 1 hour and a half pre-market they can probably claim that the pre-market price was that one indeed. Is there official information on pre-market prices?

Yes there should be. Do you want to disclose what share it was on what day?

Just as a point of infomation - gambling debts have been enforceable for a while, actually, at least from a bookmaker.

All prices and trades to the second are available going back years. Just give the stock, time and date and you can have the relevant data. PM me if you want.

You've seen my CV son. I worked in the casino before the 2005 act. At that time they couldn'y even legally prosecute scammers.

Few brown envelopes soon sorted that out for the bleeders of the desperate eh.
