optiver or all options?

hi, i'm a first time poster so please be nice
i'm currently interviewing with optiver and all options, both for amsterdam.. can anyone please tell me which company they would prefer if they were in this situation? i mean in terms of career progression, pay, conditions, chances to go abroad (esp. asia), particularly.
i know there are a number of threads on these types of company- which i have read- but if anyone can say specifically why one of these two is preferable to the other and why, i'd be very grateful..

hey i m in the same situation. do u have any information on them? have u had a telephone interview with all options? i spoke with the hr guy and am now waiting for the trader to call me soon. do u know what he might ask me? thanks!
