Number of futures contracts traded per minute/hour/day etc

Hi

I would like to understand how many contracts are traded per 1/5/30/60 minute timeframe through to 1day for various futures contracts, namely DY, Z, YM, ES, CL, NQ.

Is this data available via NinjaTrader?

Or would I have to look it up on a website, perhaps at the relevant exchange? I hope not as this sounds rather time consuming.
