Seymour Pierce put out a buy recommendation on 19 May when the sp was 2.77p, at these prices its a screaming buy and 3p should be easy

Sorry, but what exactly makes them a "screaming buy" in your opinion? Your own research? where they trade rel to sector? growth in EBITDA? or are you long?
