Newbie here – looking for some tips and advice

Hello everyone!
I'm still new to forex trading and still trying to understand everything 😂 at the moment I'm mostly learning on YouTube and operating with a demo account.
I have a few questions, any suggestions are greatly appreciated:
– How do you get started when you're a newbie?
– Should you focus on technical analysis or fundamental analysis at first?
– How do you know when you're ready to move from demo trading to real trading?
– Do you have any good resources (books, funnels, websites) that you can recommend for complete beginners?
And also...... How do you stay calm and not overtrade? 😅

– How do you get started when you're a newbie?
Learn the very basics on Babypips. Don't listen to any guru. None of them is profitable. Otherwise they wouldn't need to make money by selling you courses. Don't listen to anyone who cannot demonstrate an old profitable account on Myfxbook (and can prove it's his/hers - like change the description).
Study profitable Myfxbook accounts (only on reputable brokers) and learn from them.
– Should you focus on technical analysis or fundamental analysis at first?
You need only a basic knowledge of both. Nothing should be done manually anyway. Anything you can't back test extensively will make you lose.
– How do you know when you're ready to move from demo trading to real trading?
When you have a profitable strategy that you found and proved through back testing (only MT5 or any platform that has real bid and ask prices)
– Do you have any good resources (books, funnels, websites) that you can recommend for complete beginners?

Just trade. Low risk and small money. Just like when you learn to ride a bike you don´t read books first.
