Need recommendation on platform to autotrade FX and Metals

Hi Gurus,

I'm trying to pick a platform to autotrade FX and Metals (e.g. gold, silver) other than Metatrader. There should be 3 parts:
1) Trading system: the software would need to support realtime data feed and able to setup API to send order to the broker
2) Data provider: provide tick data on FX, gold and silver
3) Broker: provide free API for autotrading, tight spread
