Hi Guys,

Apologies for the messy layout below. As the IT Fair in Singapore is approaching and we usually get quite good deals during IT Fairs, I am intending to purchase 2 monitors to start setting up my new trading workstation at home. However, I am not very well-versed in technology (especially in monitors). Hence, I hope someone here would be able to choose a monitor that would be good for trading for me. Just so you guys know, I am intending to set it up as dual displays side by side.

I appreciate the help.

Thanks guys,
Cheers

just go with ones that you feel are a good size and resolution if your eyes are not bad.

its because i do not know much about monitor specs. thats why i'm seeking for help here. i think i'll be fine with either 21.5" or 23". But not sure about the models and how different are they. Anyone ?

Cheers

Charts don't require anything special - go for the biggest and the best that fits with your budget.

Dell ST2320 is prob the best, good price, good size and the warranty from Dell is pretty good. as well.

When I started I tried a few different ones. I ended up just going with AOC. Its price was best for multi monitor set up. Tigerdirect has some good deals on them right now

Hey bro, I'm also from SG. When's the next IT fair coming? I'm also looking for a dual monitor setup and maybe with a custom made desktop.

I heard many of good reviews for Dell U2311H and this one - Viewsonic vp2365wb but not sure where to get.

I like NON glossy screens so not many to choose. BTW, are you considering to get a dual stand as well?

Maybe we can shop together. hehe :cheesy:

Is that a screenshot of you at your desk? That is an amazing wall of monitors if it's true!
