Yes PKFFW, It is my understanding that this was the case, some members unfortunately were indeed caught up in IP restrictions that followed the invasion.

Normal service looks to have resumed.

Yep, LMQ is 100% correct.
Banning a certain range over the weekend caused some good members to be locked out. We rectified it on Monday morning and contacted most affected users by e-mail so hopefully all are OK now.
