Moving chart up and down

I can move the charts left and right with the arrow keys but is it possible to move them up and down?

You can move the charts up and down behind the price column you will see the two way arrow for you.

Try zoom in / out ...this has the effect of showing more or less of the price action...and with it comes additional highs and lows etc...if this is what your after. Alternatively go up and down the time frames.
Right click any chart ...go to properties...check or un-check the boxes for more options...like autoscroll for example.

MT4 functions are many...I suggest you read the metatrader forums here and also visit metaquotes forums for more complex stuff.
