I want to check out mt4 mobile that is meant for a cell phone.I do not have a cable how do i send a message to my cell phone from my e-mail addess with the application attached.

i was running mt4 mobile build 219 on my touch hd. the live update started to install build 220. my touch hd now freezes and i have to reset. how can i bypass this?
