Missing bars

Hi,

I'm trying to show a chart (from some text data) within TS2Ki and I want to see OHLC bars .. however I seem to see some of the HL bar as shown below in the doc.

Any suggestions ??

Paul,

Hopefully you can see the chart. The bottom of the bars seem to be missing (i have checked that the data is correct, and played with the settings | Format Symbol and the bar components but to no luck)
