how do u write a metastock command which compares yesterdays RSI for instance with todays RSi to see which one is larger etc.?

i have tried using the REF command as ref(rsi(10),-1) but the result is different to the rsi(10) i measure on the actual graph.

I wouls suggest that you download the MS guide to programming avilable for free from site below...

The guide goes through some very basic but important issues regarding MS language...and once you have gone through it, you may find that writing code will be like second nature...
