MARKET WRAP FOR EQUITY


• Indian equity market up 0.80%, Nifty holds 5800 while Sensex nears 19500.
• German unemployment change came at (-) 55k vs.(-) 54k as against at (-) 23k.
• European markets were mixed with FTSE leading, Dow future was up 15 pts.


Indian equity market was up F7O expiry as Nifty gained 46 pts to end above 5800 at 5833 while Sensex was up 155 pts to settle at 19445. Euro markets were mixed with FTSE up 13 pts at 5961, CAC was down 2 pts at 4022 & DAX was up 11 pts at 7068 pts due to positive economic data. Dow future was up 15 pts ahead of jobless claims data.

MARKET WRAP FOR EQUITY
• Indian market ended flat; Nifty holds 5800; down 7 pts & Sensex down 25 pts.
• U.S ADP Non-Farm employment change came up by 25k at 216k vs. 191k.
• European markets were in green with DAX leading, Dow future was up 50 pts.


Indian equity market ended the eight day uptrend as Nifty lost trivial 8 pts to end at 5826 while Sensex was down by 25 pts to settle at 19420. European markets were positive with FTSE up 56 pts at 5964, CAC up 31 pts at 4020 & DAX up 83 pts at 7124. Dow future was up 50 pts as U.S unemployment rate came down at 8.8% vs. 8.9%.

MARKET WRAP FOR EQUITY
• Indian equity market ended up 1.50%, Nifty up 82 pts & Sensex up 281 pts.
• EUR Sentix investor confidence came at 14.2 vs 16.1 as against expected 17.1
• European markets were mixed with FTSE leading, Dow future was up 46 pts.


Indian equity market ended up 1.50% due to strong inflow of funds from foreign institutional investors as Nifty gained 82 pts to end above 5900 at 5908 & Sensex was up 281 pts to settle at 19701. European markets were in green with FTSE up 12 pts at 6022, CAC down 6 pts at 4049 & DAX up 4 pts at 7184 pts. Dow future was up 46 pts.

MARKET WRAP FOR EQUITY

• Indian markets ends down marginally; Nifty down 18 pts & Sensex down 74 pts.
• German factory orders m/m came better than expected, up at 2.4% vs. 0.6%.
• European markets were in green with DAX leading, Dow future was up 47 pts.


Indian equity market ended with marginal loss with Nifty losing 18 pts to end at 5892 while Sensex was down by 75 pts to settle at 19612. European markets were positive with FTSE up 39 pts at 6047, CAC up 10 pts at 4051 & DAX up 54 pts at 7229 pts on better than expected economic data & rate hike expectations. Dow future was up 47 pts.
