Hey guys!
My name is Ben and I've recently started learning about forex and trading.
I would love to get your help with recommendation for websites or mobile application for relevant market information and tools for analysis.
Which are considered the most reliable and updated? What are the most important data pieces that I need? In what method do you use for trading?
And any other information that can make my life easier and simpler will be great!

Ben

You can get the reuters mobile app for market news but better off getting something with a little more substance, although they are not free

Well you can use reuters, cnbc, bloomberg. You can also get delayed squawk box. It depends what you want. Casual browsing or researching

Real-time isn't free so if you are prepared to pay. I suggest going to metastock and looking at their different Eikon subscriptions. I pay $99 a month and trust me its a premium product. As for free you won't find much but I have listed a golden nugget.

There are FREE platforms out there with free data. Google MT4

Free sites give you limited news which isn't enough if you want to trade fundamentally

Really? what type of information is missing in them?
Lots

For starters on a good news tool you can design your layout (different tabs for different things) and have multiple workspaces

set filters, search real-time news feeds and premium content

The calendar on free websites only gives a forecast but in a good terminal you get smart estimates based on polls of economists with upper and lower boundaries (important for trading surprise numbers). When the data is released its instant

Access to prefiltered video content based on your search criteria (yes you can search video)

Access to top news and breaking news and define alerts or filters

Access to polls

Access to research tools including charting where you can overlay instruments

Some shots of the terminal

To give you an idea, you will hear about a terrorist attack or earthquake before you see it on free sites
