Manually avoid symbols?

I have strategi that I run over a lot of stock, but I have a few stocks that I want to avoid - without deleting the symbols.

I was thinking that I could solve it like:

If GetSymbolName <> XPO Then Begin; ....

but this doesn't work.

Anyone have an idea how to solve this??
