MAN Spreads

Anyone used this lot? The spreads on currencies and indices certainly seem to be man-sized, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something?

I did think about opening an account with them, since I have a futures account with them. But did not get around to it. I also would be interested to hear of those who have.
