I am new for online stock trading and want to know how to chose the best shares to buy. and which is the best platform.

If your message is genuine, for pity's sake don't think of the stock market as a quick way to make money. However you trade or invest, Reward = Risk x Time x Capital. If you start with low Capital and have little Time, you are going to have to accept high Risk. The net result of this is that most people who accept high Risk get wiped out very early in the game.

How much capital have you got? £5k ? Get on a flight to Las Vegas, check into a suite at a good hotel, have a big night out, hookers, Charlie, the lot. Take what's left in cash down to the casino and put it all on red or black. You've a 50/50 chance of a better result than you'll get trying to get rich quick in the stockmarket, and have had a lot more fun if you wipe out.
